Remembering Robert Amar Sr. Dedication Day

Robert was a beloved friend and true hero who experienced life to its fullest despite struggling with ALS for 14 years. He left this earth on May 20, 2024, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love that will never be forgotten! Because of him and his precious family, we have been gifted his brand new alterain wheelchair, affording a “no limits” experience at the ranch no matter the physical disabilities. Robert gave so much to this world while he was with us, and through his zest for life, his legacy will continue to give to so many in the years to come. Junior Ranch Hand Day

Jr Ranch hand days are created for kids ages 12-18 to spend a day learning the ropes of livestock, barn upkeep, sustainable garden care, and animal interactions. It is a day of work, fun, and learning geared towards those kids who have always dreamed of life in the country, but don’t really know what it involves. Spots are limited on each Jr. Ranch day to five kids. It is a great day for friends to sign up together or siblings. It is also a great day to come alone and meet new friends. Join us for a farm to table breakfast out on the ranch! There will be donuts, fruit, milk, orange juice, and water. You will also get to interact with the donkeys and receive one digital image taken from the event. The attire is casual with close toed shoes, and the there will be festive and fun Christmas decor! You will have the chance to photograph with Ruby the goat or Ollie the donkey, and can choose between a backdrop or natural background. This Seminar, hosted in College Station, will go over topics such as understanding brain development and patterns, and will teach parents how to build strategies, community, and hope.
